Shipping & Delivery

At Northeast Sportscards, we package and ship every item with care to ensure all items are delivered safely and securely, in a reasonable timeframe.


Our shipping department uses shipping peanuts and bubble wrap. Cases will be double boxed, when requested.

Note: UPS does not ship on Saturday or Sunday, hence the transit time is in Business Days.


For example, an order from Florida would fall into the 3 business day zone, whereas an order from Arizona would fall into the 4 business day zone.

When shopping with us online, we have security measures in place and take reasonable precautions to protect against the loss, misuse and unauthorized access of your personal information under our control.


Northeast Sportscards cannot be and is not responsible for unauthorized access to information by hackers or others who have obtained such access through illegal measures.


Northeast Sportscards uses “cookies” (small files stored by your internet browser that transfers data to your computer’s hard drive), that allows sites to recognize your browser and collect certain information.  These cookies are used to create a more personalized shopping experience for our customers.  


Cookies allow us to keep information about your preferences and session, so your shopping experience will be smooth and effortless.  Examples of “cookies” we use would include your account preferences, saved Shipping & Handling information, or Shopping Cart data. We do not use cookies to store any of your personal or financial information!

We may need (at times) to share your personal non-financial information with certain “authorized third parties”, such as service providers and other representatives acting on our behalf.  For example, we may share personal information with third parties to ship items directly to you, fill orders if we do not have inventory on-site, or process credit card payments.  The third parties who assist us in doing business, will only use information provided to perform services requested by Northeast Sportscards.


We may also release your personal information, when requested, to comply with the law, enforce our website policies, or protect our property or safety.

Returns & Replacements

Return Policy

All sales are final. Refunds, exchanges or cancellations are not accepted, unless authorized explicitly by Northeast Sportscards. In certain circumstances we will accept returns of products that are unopened and in the original condition they were delivered in. If you believe your product to be damaged, please contact our customer service team by calling 973-727-3741 or by emailing, before you open the item. Order Acceptance

After you place an order on our website, Northeast Sportscards will check the information provided by verifying your method of payment and shipping address. We reserve the right to cancel any order you place and may limit quantities on any order, for any reason. If we reject your order, we will be sure to notify you promptly via email address provided.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Presale Products

All sales are final with all products, including all presell orders. When you place an order for a presell (future release) product, you will be locked in at the agreed upon sales price at that time.  No adjustments in price will be made for any reason.


If the price changes (increase or decrease in price) after you placed an order, no refunds will be given for any fluctuation in price.  Any presell deposits are also non-refundable.

Errors on Website

Prices, availability and quantities of products and services are subject to change without notice. Northeast Sportscards reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Northeast Sportscards will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Large Order Discounts

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment Options

You may pay for your orders with a major credit card issued within the United States of America (accepted cards listed below), checks, money orders, cashier’s/bank checks, or  Paypal® Online.

PayPal payments can be paid directly through our shopping cart. If you would like to pay by Paypal when placing a phone order our customer service team will assist you with proper instructions.


We accept all major credit cards.


Bank wire transfers or direct bank deposits are a secure and easy way to pay for your order. Once your order has been placed, our customer service team will assist you by providing all the necessary information you will need to transfer funds quickly.

Sales Tax

All New Jersey State orders are subject to 7.00% sales tax.

Frequently Asked Questions / Help

Yes, ALL our boxes and cases are Factory Sealed, Unsearched and never tampered with in any way!

Hobby products generally have better odds for pulling inserts such as memorabilia or autograph cards. Some products have inserts that are exclusive to Hobby boxes.

Almost all our boxes are hobby and we always state whether a box is hobby or retail.

Retail boxes are generally what you see in department stores and normally have a higher  ratio for insert cards (i.e., 1:50 packs vs. Hobby boxes at 1:20 packs).

We do not offer refunds for products that do not meet the manufacturer’s average insertion ratios. Insertion ratios are on average across an entire production run and are not guaranteed. We do guarantee that all of our products are unsearched and have not been tampered with in any way.

Any issues regarding content/quality should be directed to the manufacturer. Contact information is available upon request.

We will not buy back boxes of newer product that could be missing the “case hit”. Boxes we sell of any product that can lose value if removed from a sealed case.

We may buy boxes back but is at our sole discretion and value would be determined at the time of the offer to sell back to Northeast Sportscards.

Northeast Sportscards carries a wide selection of sports and non-sports products. If you are looking for something that we don't have on our website, please email us at and we will do our best to track it down for you.

For upcoming releases of new products, please email us for specific questions and interests.  Please note that manufacturers often change anticipated release dates and we have no control over this happening. Whenever a release is postponed, we will adjust our dates and presale information, as needed.

Unfortunately that comes along with buying certain older products. While in most instances there isn’t anything that the manufacturer can do we can provide you with customer service contact information when possible.
